"We humans keep brainstorming options and plans, but God's purpose prevails." ...."

Many are the devices of a man's heart, but the purpose of the Lord prevails." Sometimes we think we know whats best for our lives. We walk by sight and are driven by fickle emotions and temporary circumstances. We think we know more than God, but eventually when we fall into difficult times or things don't go the way we thought they would, we realise we can never be wiser than our creator.

We were created for His pleasure, His purpose and His glory, and not for our own selves or selfish desires. Prov14:12..."There is a way that seemeth right to man, but the end of it is destruction." Psalm32:8...The Lord says, "i will guide you along the best pathway for your life, I will advise you and watch over you."

In our pursuit of happiness, fulfillment, vision, relationships, marriage, financial freedom, career success and all our heart desires, may we not be led by lust, greed, fear, temporary excitement/pleasures, emotions, approval seeking and desperation into destruction. Our total fulfilment and complete joy comes from walking in God's leading, perfect will and purpose for our lives.

On this path He will always watch over us, provide us with green pastures, take us beside calm waters, restore our soul, renew our strength, protect us from the enemy, bless us abundantly beyond our expectations, and in Him we shall never be in want of any good thing. May we never go where God's grace and mercy will not cover us. Amen.
