When God created the earth, it was without form, it was void and there was darkness. This is the current state of someone out there, either single (whether in or not in a relationship) or married. What we need to know is that this was the state of the beautiful earth we see today when it was first created.

How did it transform from that state to ehat it is today?

The first thing God addressed was the darkness. And God said, let there be light.(Genesis 1:2). Next, God addressed the issue of form. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so (Genesis 1:7). Lastly, he addressed the issue of emptiness (void). And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so (Genesis 1:11).

To transform your situation, God is going to follow the same sequence.

First, He will deliver you from that darkness (salvation) that keeps you blind to the love of God. That darkness that makes you compromise. That darkness that makes you stony hearted.

Then He will prepare you through spiritual discipline to become a vessel unto honour,

then He will work through you to produce fruits that abide.

The beauty of this transformational work of God is that the entire process is carried out by a single master key, namely: The Word.

To get salvation from that darkness, you need the Word. And the light shinneth in darkness, and the darkness comprehendeth it not. (John 1;4). Jesus is the light. Jesus is the Word.

To be shaped into a vessel unto honor, it is by the Word. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2). It is the Word that renews your mind.

To be fruitful, you need to work by the Word. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.(John 15:4). Jesus is the Vine. Jesus is the Word.

Being fruitful begins and ends with the Word.

Eat the Word. Live the Word. You will surely be transformed from being without form, and void, and covered with darkness to being fruitful and beautiful!

God bless us all.

Being Fruitful
