    I will be concluding this topic today starting with:

    4. Diet
        What we eat is so important, that we have to be deliberate with what we put into our mouths. We are what we eat is very true. Watching what you eat can increase your lifespan by 30% or more.  Don't just put  anything and everything into your mouth. Your body functions best following the manufactural's manual. There are good foods, fruits and vegetables around. Don't dig your grave slowly consuming junks, acids and chemicals. Disease rates are high, be responsible over your health,watch your diet.

    5. Self  Confidence.
        You owe yourself the honor of believing in yourself. You have to celebrate yourself. Even the lizard is said to applaud himself. He walks a little, stop, nod it's head and tell himself 'well done' you have tried. If God could take time after each days creation to appreciate His work of creation saying, ' it is good', then you should do the same. Build confidence in yourself but definitely not outside God. Confidence outside God is pride. Pride is dangerous and leads to destruction.

    6. Friends
        Friends are a blessing from The Lord. Life's journey is not meant to be done in isolation. God created us to need one another. Healthy relations refreshes us, builds us up and encourages us on our life's journey. The benefits of good or covenant friends are immerse. This is one item we should include in our luggage as we journey through life. It is our responsibility to discern and choose godly and good friends. Friends determine our end, they influence our actions and decisions. Choose your friends wisely, don't be deceived by their wealth or affluence.

    Make sure you benefit from the immerse values of these life doctors. You will be healthier spirit, soul and body.
