Ephesians 5:22. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the lord.....
It is this same word of God that says that if we observe to do all written there in, then our marriages would be prosperous and we shall have Good success...So why won't you follow it? vs 24 says As the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their husbands in everything. The bible has already told us that if we live by its instructions, we would have a prosperous Marriage. So Obey it even in this area of submission. It is very important to the man, that the woman he wants to marry listens to him and is submissive to him. Submission to men means different things. So know what submission means to him and dutifully comply.
As Christ is the head of the church. As we worship, reverence and praise him, so also the Husband is the head of the wife. The wife should praise him, honour him, reverence him, be submissive to him. Be his no 1 Fan. Jesus christ is the Lord of lords., and he has placed a small lord, a representative of him over you. So why won't you be submissive to him.
Ladies, there is saying that says practise makes perfect. If you do this while still courting, then you would be a master in it for marriage. As the Church is subject unto christ, so also is the woman to her husband IN EVERY THING. When your man Loves you, submission would be very easy. That's why it's always best you go with a man who loves and Fears God.
