My wife finds it difficult to forgive herself for what she did four years ago. She still brings up the issue from time to time.
She still doesn't believe I've forgiven her totally.
This is seriously affecting her productivity. I've tried talking her out of it several times, only for her to raise it up some time later, and start feeling remorse and regrets over what she ought to have forgotten.

Let her know it's the enemy reminding her of her past. God has forgiven and forgotten, so she should send the enemy packing, saying and knowing that God has forgiven and forgotten. She also needs to forgive herself!
