As a young pastor who is single, handsome and anointed, several people come for counseling every other day, single ladies especially.
Most of them are indirectly proposing, saying God told them they'll marry a pastor and all that.
I'm also under pressure from my senior pastor to get engaged, but the issue is I have not found 'her' yet.
I don't know how to convince my senior pastor because he has given me a deadline to be engaged.

It is not right to give anyone a deadline to choose a life partner - a life making/breaking decision, a very important decision in your ministry and destiny.
Please brother, as long as you are actively seeking God's face and searching, dont worry about the deadline. Erase it from your head so it wont distract you or put you under pressure.
Seek God sincerely and freely, he will answer you in his time. He will also take charge of the heart of your senior pastor.
Remember, forget about that deadline, listen to God only.
God will answer you in Jesus name.
