In the last one month, God has been speaking to me about going into the ministry.
I discussed with my fiancée, only for her to tell me she doesn't see herself as a pastor's wife.
I seriously don't know what to do...after 2 years, and we plan getting married in 6 months time.

I think the best thing you can do is to pray to God to reveal Himself to her about it. it's not that she might not be happy about it or didn't wanna support you, but she might be afraid, so all you gat to do is to pray, God knows what to do. Don't give up on her.
