1 John 5:14-15King James Version (KJV)
14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
This verse really carries a lot of explanation to get from God.
. This is the confidence. Confidence comes from familiarity, you know that person, so you can vouch for him. Do you know this God. Do you know him to the extent that you have such confidence thay whatever you ask from him, you shaĺl get it.
Develop yourself in knowing him, grow on the familiarity, and know the magnitude of what God can do for you.
Next is Faith, we have faith that when we pray, he heareth us. We havent seen him before, yet we believe he exists, hear us and would make it come to pass.
Then we know he would give us what we have asked because he heareth us! Praise God!
Ladies, have you stopped asking, keep on asking. Bible says ask that ye mighy recieve and that your Joy might be full.
The Lord wants your Joy to be full, Joy in your home, marriage and children. So far what you ask is his will. His Word, is his will.
Rejoice, celebrate. But all these would be yours, only if you make Jesus your personal Lord and saviour. Accept him today and see your lofe changing for the better.
