What President Jonathan asked him to do: JEGA

    Professor Attahiru Jega, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), completely absolved the president of any complicity in rigging the elections in his favour.


    The INEC boss clarified that President Jonathan never denied him of any money he asked for towards a successful election. 


    The Commission affirmed that the allegation to manipulate or rig the election is completely false and baseless and that President Jonathan never put any pressures on him.
