    Healthy Eating at Weddings

    There are so many choices of food at weddings that one is tempted to throw caution to the wind if one is not careful.

     

    Below is the best way to eat at weddings as advised by nutritionists:

    1. Avoid alcohol, as they are fattening asides other health hazards, instead stick to water.

    2. Eat Chicken Suya/Asun. This has been said to be a good source of protein and the pepper is said to help speed up metabolic system.

    3. Moi moi is also a good source of protein.

    4. Coleslaw has been said to be a good source of protein, fibre, carbohydrate and vegetables depending on the salad components.

    5.  Grilled Fish is another good choice because of its high level of protein. Grilled fish is better than fried.
