We've been together for almost a year now but I can't see the future with her, I love her but I don't have peace. Please how do I tell her this without hurting her?

It is not going to be easy at all,but the earlier,the better,she won't understand,just be prepared for any reaction that will come from her.However,let her know you are both incompatible,let her go and stop wasting her time and yours as well.
