Today’s Focus: Prayers for Open Heavens

1. Thanksgiving

Lift up your voice and begin to give God thanks.

I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people. Psalm 35:18

2. Nation/Church

Father, open the heavens over our nation and Church.

Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it. Isaiah 45:8

3. Pastors/Parents/Mentors

Father, open the heavens over my pastors, parents, and mentors this year.

When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. Matthew 3:16

4. Finances

I experience open heavens in my finances in the name of Jesus.

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this," Says the LORD of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10

5. Family

The heavens are open over me and my relationship/marriage in the name of Jesus.

…and you shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskins, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and you. Genesis 17:11

6. Warfare

Every plan of the devil over my life is crushed in the name of Jesus.

Bow down Your heavens, O LORD, and come down; Touch the mountains, and they shall smoke. Flash forth lightning and scatter them; Shoot out Your arrows and destroy them. Psalm 144:5-6

7. Desire this Month

Mention your specific request for the month of January to God in prayers.

"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7

8. Psalm 91 Declaration

Recite the whole of Psalm 91 prayerfully and believe every word in your heart.

9. Blood Declaration

I am shielded and protected by the blood of Jesus.

Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. Exodus 12:13

10. Pauline Prayers/Wisdom

I am filled with the knowledge of God’s will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding in the name of Jesus.

For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; Colossians 1:9

11. Healing

I receive my healing right now in the name of Jesus.

…that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses." Matthew 8:17

12. Favour/Mercy Today

Today, the mercy of God is speaking for me in the name of Jesus.

"The sons of foreigners shall build up your walls, And their kings shall minister to you; For in My wrath I struck you, But in My favor I have had mercy on you. Isaiah 60:10
