Welcome to Kisses & Huggs Club ("KHC", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
KHC is a premium, faith-based matchmaking and spiritual growth platform for Christian singles and married couples. It is operated by Dunamis Code & Visuals ("the Company") under the guidance of Rev Dunamis and Rev Sophia Okunowo.
KHC is not a dating app. It is a gated community designed to foster covenant-minded relationships through structured spiritual growth, curated matchmaking, and pastoral oversight.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KHC. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age, that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and that you are a Christian or genuinely seeking to explore the Christian faith.
KHC membership is an annual subscription with a fee of ₦10,000 per year (ten thousand naira). Payment is processed securely via Paystack. Your subscription is valid for one year from the payment date and renews on or before the expiry date. The fee is non-refundable except within seven (7) days of joining or renewal, provided you have not earned any referral commissions during that period.
A portion of your subscription fee may be allocated to your in-platform wallet, referral bonuses, or platform operations as determined by KHC's economic model. The first-year wallet bonus (currently ₦3,000) applies only on initial signup and not on subsequent renewals.
Referral commissions (currently ₦2,000) are paid to the inviter on every successful renewal of the referred member, not just on initial signup. This rewards loyalty for both inviter and member.
Your KHC wallet may accumulate funds from referral bonuses and other platform incentives. Wallet balances are not deposits and do not accrue interest. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds and verification. KHC reserves the right to adjust wallet mechanics, bonus structures, and withdrawal policies at any time with reasonable notice.
Before accessing The Matchmaking Hub, you must sign a Conduct Agreement. By using KHC, you agree to communicate respectfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with Christian values.
You must not: use sexually explicit, vulgar, or abusive language; attempt to scam, deceive, or financially exploit other members; harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone; share content that is pornographic, violent, or hateful; misrepresent your identity, marital status, age, or faith; solicit members to move off-platform to circumvent safety measures.
Violations are tracked through an automated content moderation system. Repeated violations result in escalating penalties up to and including permanent suspension of your account.
The Matchmaking Hub allows eligible members to express interest in one person at a time. Interest expressions expire after 7 days if not responded to. Acceptance creates a private conversation between the two members. Decline is silent — the person who expressed interest is not told who declined.
KHC does not guarantee that you will find a match, receive interest, or enter a relationship through the platform. Matchmaking outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Messages between connected members are private but may be reviewed by KHC administrators if flagged by the content moderation system or reported by a member. KHC reserves the right to review, flag, or remove any content that violates these Terms or the Hub Conduct Agreement.
You retain ownership of content you create on KHC (reflections, revelations, prayers, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant KHC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content for the purpose of operating the platform. We will never sell your personal content to third parties.
KHC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, the Hub Conduct Agreement, or behavior that endangers other members. Suspended members may appeal by contacting Spiritual Care. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining wallet balance.
You may request to deactivate your own account at any time by contacting support. Profile data will be removed from public view, though records may be retained for safety and legal compliance.
KHC is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by other members. KHC, its founders, and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or harm caused by other members.
You are responsible for your own decisions, interactions, and safety. Always exercise wisdom and discernment in any relationship.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of KHC shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of KHC after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
