Due to the nature of her job, my wife is not always around. She works as a nurse and is mostly on night shift. I have told her to talk to her boss, but she wouldn't listen. Seems to me she's ok with it.
I'm thinking of storming her boss' office and request for a reposting for my wife.

Oops, this is not nice and fair on her part. Really she has to atleast show willingness to want a change in the situation. I dont know the reasons she is given since you didnt mention it.
Anyways, storming the office will not portray you as a good christian, might not even solve the problem too.
So, pray, persuade and prevail on her to sincerely make attempts and God will do the rest. Really from what I know about that profession, it should be an equal schedule for day and night not lopsided.
