I feel the work load is much for my wife.
With a demanding job, four children, church responsibilities and so on, she hardly has time for herself.
I eat at home only on weekends. My children are getting used to fast foods. I wanted to get a maid, my wife said No.
Don't we need one?

Brother, this is not good at all for the entire family.
You and the children need to eat good food, not fast food always.
Yes she needs some sort of assistance and she is scared of getting a maid. You need to talk to her and let her know the various implications of exposing her family to eating out. Also that you and the children need more of her attention. God does not support serving him at the neglect of the family.
So she needs to give more attention to her household and probably, get a maid.
