Day 19: 123 Days of Fasting - Prayers and Affirmations
Isaiah 58:6 (KJV) Is not this the fast that I have chosen?to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens,and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
Today, we continue on the phrase, and that ye break every yoke?
- Go ahead and thank God for day 19 of 123 days!
2. I command every demonic grip over my mind and emotions to lose its hold, in the name of Jesus.
3. Every ancestral yoke passed down through generations—be shattered now, by the power in the blood of Jesus!
4. Lord, lift off every invisible burden weighing down my spirit, soul, and body, in Jesus' name.
5. Go ahead and thank God for answered prayers.
Spend sufficient time praying in the Holy Spirit every day. Nothing less than an hour.
Confession / Affirmation
1Thank You, Lord, for bringing me to Day 19 of this fasting and prayer journey, where I trust that You are continuing to break every yoke of bondage in my life.
I celebrate Your faithfulness as I seek You, knowing that this fast is divinely chosen to loose the bands of wickedness, undo heavy burdens, and set the oppressed free. Today, I focus on breaking every yoke—whether spiritual, emotional, or physical—that has sought to hold me captive.
I command every demonic grip over my mind and emotions to lose its hold, in the name of Jesus.
By the authority of Jesus Christ, I renounce every scheme of the enemy designed to torment my thoughts, steal my peace, or distort my emotions. I declare that my mind is renewed, my heart is at rest, and my emotions are aligned with Your truth. No weapon formed against me will prosper, and every stronghold is dismantled by Your power.
Every ancestral yoke passed down through generations—be shattered now, by the power in the blood of Jesus!
I reject every curse, pattern, or burden inherited from my family line that opposes Your purpose for my life. By the blood of Jesus, I sever these ties and declare freedom from generational strongholds. I am a new creation in Christ, and no past chains can define me any longer.
Lord, lift off every invisible burden weighing down my spirit, soul, and body, in Jesus’ name.
I surrender the weight of fear, shame, guilt, sickness, or oppression into Your hands, trusting that You are removing every heaviness that hinders my progress. My spirit is lightened, my soul is refreshed, and my body is strengthened under Your care. I walk confidently in the freedom and wholeness You provide.
Thank You, Lord, for answered prayers and for breaking every yoke of bondage in my life.
I rejoice in Your faithfulness, knowing that every promise prayed over my life is coming to pass. You have dismantled every stronghold, shattered every yoke, and lifted every burden. I declare that I am free, healed, and empowered to fulfill the destiny You have prepared for me.
