Isaiah 58:6 (KJV) Is not this the fast that I have chosen?to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Today, we continue to focus on the phrase, “to undo the heavy burdens.”

  1. Thank God for the Day 10 of Fasting and Prayers.
  2. Father, I surrender every burden of unforgiveness and bitterness toward others in the name of Jesus.

Ephesians 4:31-32 – “Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.”

3. Undo these heavy weights of unforgiveness and bitterness and fill my heart with Your forgiveness and grace so I can walk in freedom.

Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”

4. Lord, I ask You to undo the heavy burdens of physical exhaustion, chronic illness, sicknesses, diseases, mental issues, or mental fatigue in the name of Jesus.

5. Strengthen me with Your power and renew my body, mind, and spirit.

Acts 10:38 – “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil.

6. I command every spiritual burden of oppression, fear, and heaviness to be lifted in Jesus’ name.

7. Go ahead and thank God for answered prayers.

Affirmation / Confession

Thank You, Lord, for this Day of Fasting and Prayer, where I surrender every burden of unforgiveness and bitterness toward others in the name of Jesus.

I celebrate Your faithfulness as I seek Your presence, trusting that this fast is divinely chosen to set me free from the weights that have held me captive. By Your grace, I release all traces of bitterness, wrath, anger, and malice, choosing instead to walk in kindness, tenderness, and forgiveness just as You have forgiven me.

Father, I surrender every burden of unforgiveness and bitterness, boldly declaring that these heavy weights are undone and replaced with Your forgiveness and grace.

I choose to forgive those who have wronged me, knowing that holding onto bitterness only harms my own heart and spirit. Fill me with Your love and compassion so that I can extend grace to others as You have extended it to me. I declare that I am free from the chains of unforgiveness and walk in the peace and freedom only You can provide.

Lord, I ask You to undo the heavy burdens of physical exhaustion, chronic illness, sickness, disease, mental fatigue, or emotional weariness that have weighed me down.

By Your power, I claim renewed strength for my body, mind, and spirit. As I wait on You, I trust that You are restoring my health and vitality, enabling me to soar like an eagle, run without growing weary, and walk without fainting. I release every symptom of weakness, pain, or fatigue into Your healing hands, knowing that You are my ultimate source of renewal and strength.

Heavenly Father, I command every spiritual burden of oppression, fear, and heaviness to be lifted in the name of Jesus.

I resist the enemy’s attempts to weigh me down with despair, anxiety, or hopelessness. By the authority of Jesus’ name, I declare that I am free from every form of spiritual bondage. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, empowering me to live victoriously and confidently in the light of Your truth. My mind is clear, my heart is light, and my spirit is strengthened by Your presence.

Thank You, Lord, for answering my prayers and lifting every burden that once oppressed me.

I rejoice in Your faithfulness, knowing that every promise prayed over my life is coming to pass. You have undone the heavy weights of unforgiveness, physical exhaustion, and spiritual oppression, replacing them with Your forgiveness, healing, and freedom. I declare that I am whole, restored, and equipped to live victoriously in the abundant life You have prepared for me.
