Isaiah 58:6 (KJV) Is not this the fast that I have chosen?to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Today, we concentarte on the phrase, “to undo the heavy burdens,”

1. Thank God for Day 8 of Fasting and Prayers

Psalm 34:18 – “The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit.”

2. Lord, in Jesus’ name, I humbly request Your divine intervention to lift the heavy burdens of emotional pain, rejection, and heartache that have burdened me.

3. Ask the Lord to replace heavy burdens with His peace, joy, and healing touch.

Romans 8:1 – “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.”

4. Father, I renounce every burden of guilt and shame that the enemy has placed on me.

5. O Lord, by Your grace, undo these heavy burdens and reveal to me the truth that I am forgiven and free in Christ.

Affirmation / Confession

Thank you, Lord, for bringing me to Day 8 of this fasting and prayer journey. I trust that You are undoing the heavy burdens in my life.

I celebrate Your faithfulness as I continue to seek You. I know that this fast is divinely chosen to set me free from every weight that oppresses me. Today, I focus on Your promise to undo the heavy burdens of emotional pain, rejection, heartache, guilt, and shame. I trust that You are near to heal and restore me.

Lord, I humbly ask for Your divine intervention to lift the heavy burdens of emotional pain, rejection, and heartache that have weighed me down for far too long.

I bring my broken heart before You, knowing that You are close to those who are hurting and contrite in spirit. By Your healing touch, I release these burdens into Your hands, trusting that You will exchange them for Your peace, joy, and restoration. I declare that I am no longer defined by past wounds but by the freedom and wholeness found in You.

Father, I renounce every burden of guilt and shame that the enemy has placed on me, boldly declaring that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

I reject the lies that tell me I am unworthy or unforgiven. By Your grace, I embrace the truth that I am forgiven, cleansed, and made new in Christ. These heavy burdens are undone, and I walk in the reality of Your unconditional love and acceptance. I am free in Christ, and nothing can separate me from Your grace.

Lord, replace these heavy burdens with Your supernatural peace, joy, and healing touch, restoring my soul and renewing my strength.

I open my heart to receive Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding my mind and emotions. Let Your joy become my strength, lifting me above despair and filling me with hope. I welcome Your healing presence to mend every area of brokenness, making me whole again in body, soul, and spirit.

Thank you, Lord, for answering my prayers and undoing the heavy burdens that once held me captive.

I rejoice in Your faithfulness, knowing that every promise prayed over my life is coming to pass. You have lifted the weights that oppressed me, and I now walk in the lightness of Your freedom and love. I declare that I am healed, restored, and equipped to live victoriously in the abundant life You have prepared for me.
