Isaiah 58:6 (KJV) Is not this the fast that I have chosen?to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Today, we continue to focus on the phrase, “to undo the heavy burdens.”

1. Thank God for Day 9 of Fasting and Prayers

Philippians 4:19 – “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

2. Lord, I loose myself from the heavy burdens of financial stress, debt, and lack that have oppressed me in the name of Jesus 

Matthew 11:28-30 – “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”

3. Heavenly Father, I release the heavy burdens of unrealistic expectations—whether self-imposed or placed on me by others. Undo these weights and help me embrace the freedom of living according to Your will.

Isaiah 61:1 – “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted.

4. Lord, I bring before You the heavy burdens of past trauma, abuse, or hurt. Undo these burdens and heal the wounds that have lingered in my heart and mind.

5. Restore me to wholeness in Your love in Jesus' name.

6. Thank God for answered prayers.

Affirmation / Confession

Thank You, Lord, for bringing me to Day 9 of this fasting and prayer journey, where I trust that You are undoing the heavy burdens of financial stress, unrealistic expectations, and past trauma in my life.

I celebrate Your faithfulness as I continue to seek You, knowing that this fast is divinely chosen to set me free from every weight that oppresses me. Today, I focus on Your promise to supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory and to give me rest for my soul. 

Lord, I loose myself from the heavy burdens of financial stress, debt, and lack that have oppressed me, boldly declaring that my God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

I release the anxiety and fear caused by financial challenges, trusting that You are my Provider. I declare that You are opening doors of provision and blessing in my life, replacing lack with abundance and stress with peace. By faith, I walk confidently in the assurance that You will meet me at my point of need and lead me into financial freedom. 

Heavenly Father, I come to You with the heavy burdens of unrealistic expectations—whether self-imposed or placed on me by others—and I release them into Your hands.

I lay down the pressure to perform, achieve, or live up to standards that do not align with Your will. Undo these weights and help me embrace the freedom of living according to Your purpose and plan. Teach me to find rest in Your gentle and lowly heart, and guide me to walk in the rhythm of Your grace, not the demands of the world. 

Lord, I bring before You the heavy burdens of past trauma, abuse, or hurt, trusting that You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

I surrender the pain and scars that have lingered in my heart and mind, asking You to undo these burdens and restore me to wholeness in Your love. By the anointing of Your Spirit, heal the wounds that have held me captive and replace them with Your peace, joy, and freedom. I declare that I am no longer defined by my past but by the transformative power of Your love. 

Thank You, Lord, for answering my prayers and undoing the heavy burdens that once weighed me down.

I rejoice in Your faithfulness, knowing that every promise prayed over my life is coming to pass. You have lifted the weights of financial stress, unrealistic expectations, and past trauma, and I now walk in the lightness of Your freedom and love. I declare that I am healed, restored, and equipped to live victoriously in the abundant life You have prepared for me.
