Day 7: 123 Days of Fasting - Prayers and Affirmations
Isaiah 58:6 (KJV) Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
- Thank God for Day 7 of Fasting and Prayers
2. Lord, I renounce every lie and false identity imposed on me by the enemy. I declare that I am who You say I am—a child of God, redeemed and set free.
Ephesians 2:10 – “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”
3. I lose the bands of wickedness that distort my true identity in Christ.
4. Father, undo every heavy burden placed on my shoulders by the enemy—whether guilt, shame, or condemnation in the name of Jesus
Matthew 11:28-30 – “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
5. Lord, I break the bands of wickedness in any relationship that has been unhealthy, manipulative, or controlling. Set me free from toxic ties, and align my relationships with Your truth and peace in the name of Jesus.
Proverbs 4:23 – “Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.”

Affirmation / Confession
Thank You, Lord, for bringing me to Day 7 of this fasting and prayer journey. I trust that You are loosening the bands of wickedness in my life and setting me free in Jesus’ name.
I celebrate Your faithfulness as I continue this spiritual discipline, knowing that every step is divinely orchestrated for my breakthrough. This fast is not just about abstaining but about aligning myself with Your purpose to break every yoke of oppression and restore my freedom.
I renounce every lie and false identity the enemy has tried to impose on me , boldly declaring that I am who You say I am —a cherished child of God, redeemed and set free.
I reject the labels of inadequacy, failure, or shame that have weighed me down. By faith, I embrace my true identity as Your masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for a purpose. I walk confidently in the good works You have prepared for me , knowing that I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
The bands of wickedness that have distorted my true identity in Christ are being loosed, and I walk in the fullness of who You have called me to be.
I declare freedom from every scheme of the enemy designed to confuse or diminish my sense of worth. My mind is renewed by the truth of Your Word, and I see myself through Your eyes—as beloved, valued, and empowered to fulfill my divine assignment.
Father, I release every heavy burden placed on my shoulders by the enemy—whether guilt, shame, or condemnation—and find rest in Your presence.
I come to You, Lord, laying down the weight of past mistakes, unforgiveness, or expectations that are too heavy for me to bear. In exchange, You give me Your light yoke and gentle rest for my soul. I refuse to carry what You have already lifted, and I choose to walk in the peace and freedom only You can provide.
Lord, I break the bands of wickedness in any relationship that has been unhealthy, manipulative, or controlling, and I step into the freedom You have secured for me .
I sever ties with toxic connections that oppose Your will for my life, trusting that You are restoring my relationships to reflect Your truth and love. I guard my heart diligently, allowing only those influences that align with Your purposes. Every unhealthy bond is dissolved in Jesus’ name, and I walk forward in healthy, life-giving relationships.
Thank You, Lord, for answering my prayers, and I rejoice in the transformation taking place within me and around me .
I acknowledge Your faithfulness in responding to my cries for deliverance and restoration. Every promise prayed over my life is coming to pass, and I stand in awe of Your power at work. I declare that I am free, healed, and equipped to live victoriously in the calling You have placed on my life.
